Overview
Case&Point v6.0 has been redesigned
from the ground up to provide the most up to date features and yet
still provide the quick operation and intuitive user interface that
has made past versions such a success.
Unlike competitive software, Case&Point
is a whole department solution. Not just for litigation, almost
any matter type can be entered and tracked in Case&Point. Later
this year the Corporate Records module will be released making Case&Point
the first matter management software to include this important information.
Case&Point v6.0 is the result
of 2 years of research and over 1500 user interviews with legal
professionals like yourself. One of the groundbreaking features
resulting from this research is our Virtual Legal Desktop.
This allows each user to set up custom menu systems to access the
work they perform daily. Thus a user who primarily deals with litigation
can setup their menu system to focus on their work, while another
user primarily managing contracts can set up an entirely different
desktop. This flexibility allows Case&Point to act like separate
software packages, each optimized for the individual user.
Another important criteria we heard from our interviews
was the need for the software to make users productive. Case&Point
employs Optimized Legal Workflow to go beyond 'easy to use'
and provide screens and other features that allow users to get work
done quickly. The need to go to 6 or 8 screens to enter related
information has been eliminated.
Case&Point provides the most responsive and complete
user experience of any software available. Case&Point works
with the software you currently use such as Microsoft Office, WordPerfect,
Adobe Acrobat, Lotus Notes, Novell Groupwise, and many others.

Our flagship edition provides all the major features
